The Ask

IHG, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, in partnership with MasterCard, selected WITS to a create an exclusive, unforgettable experience for members of its loyalty program visiting or residing in the Greater Los Angeles area.

The Solution

WITS created an experience that surprised and delighted IHG’s top tier loyalty program members. They received VIP treatment, including backstage passes to a pop-up performance by 3X Platinum artist Andy Grammer. The concert was at the Crowne Plaza Los Angeles - LAX, where WITS transformed the ballroom into an intimate, exclusive club. Guests enjoyed food curated by the hotel’s executive chef and drinks crafted by renowned mixologist, Alex Ott. There were shareable moments throughout the evening, including personalized gifts, gourmet ice cream, and plenty of photo ops. #PricelessExperiences
