Illuminated Connected Independence

WITS, in partnership with experts at Cox Communications, outfitted a single-family home with smart technology for the “Connected Independence” senior smart home event. The experience, which included senior living experts and more than 50 smart devices, demonstrated how new technology allows seniors to live safely, independently, and more comfortably at home while providing their adult children and caregivers with peace of mind. 

Attendees included members of the media, government officials, and the community at large. Response was so positive that the event was extended to other markets.
