IHG aimed to create an immersive grand opening for their new wellness-focused hotel brand, EVEN, generating excitement, enthusiasm, and buzz within the community around its launch.
The Solution
The "Celebration of Wellness" event was strategically designed to deliver a holistic experience focused on maximizing ROI for the wellness-focused brand. WITS crafted a seamless attendee journey, welcoming guests with health-conscious menu items from the brand’s restaurant and engaging them with interactive wellness activations, such as yoga on an oversized custom mat.
To further bring the brand story to life and generate PR buzz, WITS engaged well-known influencers in the wellness community to make a special appearance, host a cooking demonstration, or sign copies of their book. The custom-designed event space also provided opportunities for hotel leaders to deliver brand messaging in an authentic, conversational setting.
The outcome: an immersive grand opening that energized hotel staff, involved the local community, and secured widespread media coverage, all while delivering measurable ROI.
