WITS designed and delivered a three-day conference at the newly opened voco Chicago Downtown that offered a seamless attendee journey aligned with IHG’s goals and messaging strategy.
The program featured dynamic mainstage sessions with a unique “morning show” stage set design and live band, driving audience engagement. Immersive breakout sessions brought each brand to life with interactive elements like mixology demonstrations and a custom game show.
In the hotel’s atrium space, WITS created a 5,000-square-foot brand showcase, highlighting each brand’s unique elements and including stylish, Instagrammable moments. Attendees engaged further through a gamified quiz/app that reinforced the benefits of IHG’s loyalty program.
Off-site evening celebrations reflected the design aesthetic and quality of IHG’s premium hospitality brands and allowed ample time for attendees to network and create meaningful connections.
