Design and deliver an immersive conference experience that amplifies individual brand successes, shares IHG’s growth and future trajectory, and creates enduring momentum.
WITS strategically crafted delivery of a harmonious Conference theme of “All In” while elevating each brand’s story and presence. Throughout the 3 ½ day conference across 3 unique local Atlanta venues, WITS created highly engaging brand activations, blending IHG’s business goals with a memorable attendee journey.
Branding, graphics, and storytelling were essential throughout the Conference, and WITS balanced the IHG Hotels & Resorts master brand design with the individuality of the IHG One Rewards loyalty program, plus five premium hotel brands. Starting from the attendee’s first impression at the hotel entrance through the digital content and live show production in general sessions and brand breakouts, to custom brand activations, curated food and beverage, and superior environmental décor and design, WITS created an unforgettable sensory experience.
Meticulous event and attendee management brought every element together—an impressive welcome, tailored sessions, bespoke branded refreshments, effortless logistics, and a dazzling finale at the Fox Theatre—for a seamless, end-to-end experience that celebrated success, inspired a shared vision for the future, and cultivated lasting relationships.
